I am on day 5 post removal. I am really happy to read all the posts, but a little bit overwhelmed too. I had my iud placed Sept. 2010 and started having my symptoms January 2012. Bad cramping and pain in left ovary with wrap around pain to my hip and back, nervousness, agitated, low sex-drive, tired all the time, blurry vision, poor memory and concentration, hair loss.....etc. I changed my gyno and the doc who removed the iud seems great and removed it without any questions. He said it was very low in my uterus. ANYWAY, I'm taking it a day at a time. I have the vitamin packs and herbal supplements from the womentowomen program. I'm 47, so I'm curious how perimenopause will play into all of this. Has anyone used these supplements? Info on mag and pot is really interesting too.

I'm sure I'll have lots of questions and will keep checking in. So glad to have found this site. Taking it a day at a time.....
