Hi All,
I am wondering if anyone could direct me to any modern papers or studies about water fasting. I've been able to find a great number of recent papers concerning intermittent Water Fasting (every other day, 1 day a week, etc), but long-term Water Fasting studies are harder to come by.

Also, I've noticed that most questions posted here are answered with excerpts from Shelton's works from the 1930's, within which most accounts are from the EARLY 1900s. Not that there's anything wrong that. I just find it curious that Water Fasting could be, for the most part, ignored for 50+ years. TIA!
