"Dan the raw food trucker" ( a very sweet guy, with videos on youtube ) got himself off something like 20+ medications, reversed diabetes, cured several other conditions, lost more than 200 pounds, and literally saved his life, by eating raw fruits and vegetables. And not starving. It's the simplest method of cleansing, healing and rejuvenation out there. He might inspire you. And then you can begin to make connections. Most of us (eating SAD and sick) are starving for real nutrition, with the widespread mineral depletion in the soils our foods are grown in, and now that you've mentioned other medications you are taking for other issues, it is certain that you have liver congestion, and a lack of good flora.

Suggest you watch a film called "food, inc" and learn as much as you can about the difference between dead and live food--because this could save your life. Human beings were not meant to have to survive on patented "meds". Live herbs, and locally available plant foods are our medicine. Another good film is "thrive". Genuine health requires a shift in one's very worldview. it's so worth it!!!!
