Well, I am positive that if I started Iodine a couple years ago I would have had a similar experience to yours. For the last 12 years I have been on a health crusade for myself and my daughter. We eat as clean as possible and avoid as many chemicals as we can.

The last year and half I have been really strict in fasting every wednesday and doing a detox every weekend. (as well as special diet and support herbs) This has been for healing of fibroids and gallbladder. I believe it worked the way I needed it to, but the detox was absolutely brutal. There were days at first that I was so so sick and week. My hair didn't fall out but my forearms broke out into sores because my liver couldn't keep up. I have scars from it.

So, I believe that I did all the heavy lifting before I started iodine. I wonder if I had found Iodine first if I would have had to go through that whole thing.... but I'll never know.

Everybody's journey is different. The trick is to keep searching and asking questions.
