after several long courses of ALB, Iver and Prazi including the herb protocol with cloves, all of which may have helped to some degree because the activity felt is less now then it was before but I'm sure I'm not completely clear.

my diet now is sugar-free [take Stevia instead], I'm on a low complex-carb diet all of which have helped reduce
weight also included are vegetable juices and a protein supplement.

New Beginnings [50ml] - is the brand name for the liquid Ionic Copper I take and costs around $26, there are other brands but this one works for me.
