Hello,

I have used coconut oil for all my skin ailments- acne, minor cuts and scrapes, and just to moisturize.
I have not read or heard it will help csts but it surly wont hurt.
If you choose coconut oil, be sure to use unrefined virgin oil. RBD(refined, bleached and deodorized) removes the valuable fatty acids that may help.
