Marie, I have the same problem with supplement sensitivity. I can't take vitamin D everyday because it causes me to stay up all night. It's the same for B complex and vitamin C which are stimulating for me.

I have a small heart -- I think because of chronic dehydration. The technician who gave me the ultrasound said, "It's so small! Like a bird's heart." I read somewhere it's called the Grinch Syndrome.

Next week I'm have an appointment with a osteopathic doc so I'll ask her to test my aldosterone levels. I do get dizzy if I stand too long. Without salt my bp is around 95/60. I actually have mitral valve prolapse syndrome also known as dysautonomia. But someone here mentioned that it's the same as adrenal insufficiency. It makes you crazy enough not to sleep.

Thanks for your comments and suggestions. Salt therapy looks hopeful for my insomnia. I do feel like it's helping me sleep better more and more each day.
