While pizza doesnt make you feel immediately ill yet, I assure you shi+ food like that is filling your liver with fat and contributing to your symptoms. You will get herbal recommendations and a host of assenine theories, but not everyone can have dairy and fat to no limit and based on your symptoms you fit into that category and should not fight it.
