I just use filtered water for the enema that is warm to the touch.

The sludge I am passing is not blood. It is really more brown than red. I was passing this last year when I was taking zymex ll with coconut oil. The enzymes seem to penetrate it and release its hold on the intestine. My hubby has been passing the same stuff. He has also increased the enzymes with each meal. From everything I have read it must be biofilm.
