Thanks for the info! I think I'll try to do a mini coffee enema tomorrow (too sore right now) - I'll go out and buy one of the small re-usable enema douche things. I looked at the bigger kits on amazon and I find them rather intimidating, what with all of the bags, buckets, clamps and such. Not sure if I feel comfortable trying to figure out that equiment. Are coffee enemas supposed to be done warm? (Obviously not hot because that would just be painful lol.) I drink the stuff all day long, I suppose it's about time I see what benefits it has for the other end!
