Hey Trapper

I am only just learning about this, and I think it is very fascinating. I have a thyroid nodule myself, and I am doing the Iodine (Idoral) 100 mg, selenium, C, Mag stuff.
and I have started my girlfriend on 50mg.

My question is how do you know when to increase the dose? I can only feel a little difference in the size (it is getting a little easier to swallow.

Can I increase the dose more to shrink the nodule faster or how does it work? isn't there a max that the body can handle?
