The base powder has been known under many names. He isn't the only source of it. He is just marketing it because there are very few places in the US where one can get it. The history of using this base powder (Alkala) is very long. It has already survived multiple generatiosn of people and helped many to overcome chronic candida, bacterial infections, health problems ect. Of course the Alkala isn't the only remedy that was used. Enderlein has a whole host of remedies aimed at reducing the pathogenicity of pathogenic yeasts and virii.

I personally never used his base powder because I learned everything from Pleomorphic Sanum (the US distributor of the German company that makes it.)

This powder is dirt cheap and it does reverse pH faster than just about anything else out there.
