Hello Everyone,

Chiron, I am so glad that you shared how to get the water kefir culture! They were used massively around 10 years ago in the city I lived. I personally know people who reversed hypertension and Psoriasis by drinking the kefir daily. Psoriasis/other skin conditions benefited also by covering the skin with some crushed culture (the "crystals").
I tried to bring the culture with me, but it did not survive the lack of good sugar/fruits and fresh water washings, while I was moving around for weeks. Now I know where to get them again.
