I see Telman got to you--if you feel you should be flushing, pick a protocol and git on it!

I hit the jackpot during my current Master Cleanse. Apparently my body decided to do its very own liver flush, and I passed dozens of peanut sized stones, chaff and stale bile yesterday, and another dozen or so and more bile this morning. I felt pretty horrible until it was all out, but again a plain water enema came to the rescue--I felt nowhere near well enough to do a SWF.

After the plain water I feel... pretty wonderful! I am going to a salt pool and steam room this afternoon, which ought to help do the trick.

Everybody that does lots of flushes settles on his or her own personal favorite flush. I don't do the epsom, don't seem to need it, while others have to have it. I like to drink green apple juice for a few days if I can, but don't necessarily get around to it. My best flushes have included some mild to serious nausea/vomiting. Go figure.

I absolutely agree with you, no single cleanse or protocol helps straighten out your digestion the way the Liver Flush does. It's so simple... just do it!

Best,
Somer
