Last winter I did try to go off of Humaworm (per their instructions about that wait period) but the second I did I became horribly sick - dizzy all the time, panic attacks, anal itching, the works. So just kept taking it so I could stay functional.
I think I have some Grapefruit-Seed-Extract in my ever growing herb cabinet. I'll have a look.
