well, that is all true. there is always the built up mucus from lord knows how long ago. pulsing will make the runny nose come back each time. it is only after the supply is depleted and the dose is steady that dry sinuses will come back. even then the sinuses will be more moist than before. picture the snotty nosed kid. that kid has a young system and can naturally expel that mucus. Iodine is restoring that ability, somewhat. i remember as a teenager being able t hock up a loogy for spitting contests on demand. i drank milk by the gallon back then.
