Dr. Jeff,

When I eat cooked starches (I am vegan) - I tend to experience dry bloodshot eyes, frequent urination(especially at night), sinusitis, and excessive thirst.

Are these Candida related symptoms... or an allergic reaction ?

Interestingly... I stayed on the starch diet for a month before... and noted I was much stronger and needed less sleep than on the raw diet.

Are the starches making me better.... or worse ?

A high fruit diet (all raw - low fat) does not give me this problem at all.
