The country of origin of any honey can be traced by its pollen. The vast majority of honey sold in America is from China and China filters its honey to remove all pollen. That way it can't be traced. They don't want their honey traced because all of their honey is contaminated with heavy metals and other contaminants. Buy only raw, unfiltered, uncooked, unpasteurized honey. It's much more expensive, but it won't be contaminated.
