So in the case of choosing a single herb (like adrographis for example) just for the bitter taste of it compared to a digestive bitter mixture, the digestive bitters will provide the additional benefits/negatives of the herbs contained within it?

I like the Floradix bitters a lot, but sometimes i get really drowsy after i eat and sometimes i dont. I'm not sure if it's a certain herb in there causing that reaction, or if it's a result of my body trying to digest the food.

Have you had any experience with the whole protocl involving the tmg and such? I'm going to add everything in slowly but was just wondering how long it took people to start seeing results. I know it's different for every person, but i was wondering if im looking at weeks, months, or year +

Stopping and looking now, i realized i eat very little. I eat about a 4 oz portion of meat with a cup of vegetables and i will be completely full (for either lunch or dinner). I didnt realize the extent of it until i went to a family barbecue and my 4 year old niece ate more than me.

I really do hope that this path to getting my stomach acid up is the answer. Now that im trying to analyze my situation, it seems to make sense. My main issue is bloating and fullness in my stomach for hours. Now im not even sure if i even have a leaky gut or if im just reacting to food because im not breaking it down properly.
