there is a bath forum and a detox forum and they both address this kind of thing.

i go with epsom salts and baking soda. it is chead and i put a couple of cups of each in and take a whole bath. you can add sea salt for extra punch. other additions can be hydrogen peroxide or oregano oil or cayenne pepper. you can come up with your own favorite. it is worth doing over and over again so you have lots of opportunity.
