I recently put Swanson vitamins on my preferred list and I know the capsules are of good quality. Amazing herbs is what my mom takes. They are not the very best as with Mountain Rose but I do know my mom has been taking them for around a year. She had problems with The Kitchen Doctor's and when she bought direct from Amazing Herbs she was much happier.

I think they would be very good for you. I wrote today on Natural News about the fact that I have little or no wrinkles and only a slight bit of gray hair on the temples compared to much younger women. I attribute this solely to my use of black cumin oil.
