You won't. You might get a doctor to tell you it comes close to being psoriasis, but as I've understood, it cannot be 100% diagnosed on the lips.

A way to find out is to treat it as psoriasis, using ointments that are used to treat psoriasis, but even if those ointments don't work, that probably doesn't mean that it is not psoriasis.

That's what I think at least...
