As I said, there is a way to find out if this is psoriasis. Someone needs to be admitted to hospital and get fed by IV. If lips heal while being fed by IV, it is likely psoriasis. It might take a week or two to heal just like lips take a week or two to heal when avoiding allergen allergic to.
