- seems like you are complicating things. You can fill one bottle or a glass or whatever you like and find convenient.
I put my Iodine in my morning smoothie, or in my coffee etc.

The detox symptoms is not always possible to go around, but are lessened with vit C, magnesium, saltloading.


Taking one drop every week is not enough IMO; even my cats get more Iodine than this !! much more :-)
