your body needs sex then satisfy it, don't let it grow into a lust then you are free of it and can go on to the path of God in you. Lust is invented in the minds of other to control others abusively for things and money that do not satisfy the need but extend it to a harm.
your body needs food then have it and finish it there, do not extend it into high taste as if one is sick and have no appetite to eat.

your body needs rest then satisfy it, don't invent fear so that being alarmed you look over and over to find peace in things that defend you and in the same time harbor that fear to no real relieve from its evil energy in you whether in form or not, no one can protect you. this sin is use by them who control you. and if you pray then you would not have energy enough so they Godless will not know what you want but what they want, you have their thoughts for their lives as a beast of burden but not your own to satisfy and rest.

your body need care, medicine then satisfy it, have the body again but not medicine and medicine to no end, who wants this profit rather then the joy of the body and it sound spirit.
your body need the living natural appearance then satisfy it, don't not buy artificial things, extending from life into the death.
And so on, Are these extension not the impression that lives only in your desire that kills the flesh so the sins. Indeed all this for lack of Love for the livings. Ask what one wants...but don't make two things, God and illusion to love them both for you will live in eternal fight, contradiction, doings and believing in conflicts. These are sins that we live from and think that these is the source of our living, or making a living for others and you think it is for your self. so Love God as God love you, that is you Love and with that you are loved, and peace, it is not yours the Love to control. you want more extension of that death mind, the work of the sin that kills and make more need for you and pray unheard.
Can one live the moment and feel the joy and the Love?
