the beige stuff is either mucous/diarrhea from the intestine or it is dissolved cholesterol stones/chaff that picks up its color from travelling through the gut.

you can tell easily the difference because if it's cholesterol chaff it is very thick almost like wax and it stinks to high heaven unlike normal stool.

i passed tons of this stuff alternating with regular stones. actually i think this stuff is harder to expel for some reason. always have a difficult flush when this stuff comes out vs formed stones.
