Is your complete program documented anywhere? including the cleansing, flushing and fasting & how long to do these before starting 100mg iodine.

How long & what kind of cleansing, the precise flushing program & how to fast?

I would LOVE to scrap the go-slow approach because it takes so long even though the results are good.
