what is needed is cleansing, flushing and fasting. the more of these things people do, the better the start of Iodine goes for them. trying to do this chemically with Iodine in this manner actually cheats the person out of the other benefits of cleansing, flushing and fasting. Iodine cant do everything.

i have yet to see higher doses fail to make a person feel better. the higher the dose, the shorter lived the detox is.
