Not too sure if there was a hint of sarcasm in there somewhere Lili!! (and rightly so). I would hate to think that I am offering only "diktats" on food choices!!

I suppose age can bring about more tolerance and open-mindedness, so my own personal dietary regimen may not be the choice of others, and I respect and accept that. So whether we choose to be vegan or vegetarian or omnivorous or frugivorous or follow the Paleo diet or whatever, as long as the diet is nutrient-dense and organic I feel that is the way to go for us all.
