Nobody Important???? Absurd!! Why, you are the most important person I have read today! I plan to see an "R" by your post today because it is something everyone needs to read! It's so good.

I have always found it so interesting the way our bodies react when we have the inner peace all of us are trying to achieve. Mind and body are so related!!
