In regards to eczema, I wrote this recent post about eczema.

"I have been taking probiotics without the most effective bacteria. This book I am reading about eczema recommends pills with lactobacillus rhamnosis to clear up eczema. I will switch brands."

Also for eczema, it is helpful to ingest 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil on daily basis.
