I would suggest you do some research into possible underlying causes of your trouble, like heavy metal toxicity for example. Heavy metal toxicity is probably a widespread problem, especially for people who have had silver fillings in their mouths (though there are other, less-obvious sources).

You described some frequently described symptoms of heavy metal trouble, and some research would tell you if it makes sense in your case.
