yes long term i can understand why you gave up. a year is a long time. so while you did this did you take supplements and did you improve your over all health ie diet water intake stress levels etc etc and did you change to orgainic tooth paste soaps shampoo etc etc and also did you completely leave them alone or did you give them a little help when they were really gross?
