I posted several weeks ago about not being able to sleep and got a response about filling 11- 8 oz water bottles with one drop of Iodine each week and drink a certain amount of the mixture each day.

I'm confused about filling 11 water bottles, why can't I just fill one 8 oz water bottle with one drop every week? How do I avoid the detox symptoms?
