For those who are trying to get rid of moles naturally-- a few years ago, I realized that after a couple/few years of meat eating and generally not taking very good care of myself, I had 'grown' a new mole on my side, that was the diameter of about 1.5 eraser heads and kind of thick and cushiony. It was yucky to me... especially knowing that I had created it by over-indulging in animal foods and junk.. I ended up going on a series of cleanses, primarily using lemon and grapefruit, and over a period of a half year, maybe?? the mole dried up and flaked off.... I ended up picking the last bits away and new pink skin was underneath. Now, there is no sign that it was ever there. I know that the outer signs of cleansing simply mirror the inner cleansing that goes on, and am preparing to do more citrus cleansing, and hopefully, this time, stay clean...
