Are you sure its the gluten that is causing the problem? It could be one of the other ingredients in the bread that you eat that is causing the problem to return. You might want to try your diet for a few days until the problem is better and then add ONLY GLUTEN back into your diet for a couple of days to see if the problem returns. I am sure you can buy wheat gluten at any health food store.
