that's why i said soft boiled or poached because the yolk stays raw. even in lightly fried eggs the yolk stays raw.
and why i said to make mayo because the yolk is also raw, and if you use a cold pressed oil it is virtually the same thing as the tsetsi 'flush'. a lot of people just suck down raw eggs or put them in smoothies, it doesn't necessarily have to be a whole cleansing ceremony.
there is a gradient of fats that will cause the gall bladder to contract. probably olive oil and grapefruit juice is on the top of the list. but you have to keep in mind that in normal healthy people, any fat will trigger the gall bladder to expel bile. so what you are looking for is the easiest way to achieve this in your own body.
you might be able to do this with just eating a lot of regular mayo. or maybe all the ingredients need to be raw. you might need just raw yolk, raw oil. you might be able to use pork lard since it is high in oleic acid. i passed a giant stone once after eating crabcakes.
