Here's my diet evaluation overall also, some of you might find it interesting. I have a full pdf breaking down every single meal I eat. Probably starting to show just how desperate I am to get better now , heh.


Calories - 1935
Fibre - 46.55
Protein - 140.3
Fat - 37.5
Carbohydrate - 269.85


What's worrying me even more is that this burning every day is damaging my insides. I can tell it is. I'm almost expecting a hole to burn through my stomach from the inside!.
