I have to agree: she needs to go and see someone who is qualified to find what she has. I can also attest to the fact that stool tests are never right on the mark, and I did many, they all said that nothing was wrong with me. FOLLOW LINEup's advice, and go and see Cahill. Cahill is very very best there is. Natural cleansing methods will not work, if you have parasites... Stop trying to self-diagnose.
