Hi - thanks for the post - my son did no gluten/sugar/dairy for months and hasn't changed his EC unfortunately. I a wondering if it is an allergie reaction maybe different people are allergic to differnt things - he basically ate lamb, chicken, turkey, goat cheese, almond milk (unsweetened) and gluten free cereal and crackers for several months and fresh vegetable juice daily - (non acidic vegetables only) and he is very good - did not cheat at all - he is off the diet now because he got tired of it and we want to see if it will make a difference if he goes off of it. A lot of people have suggested gluten sensetivity so I still think people should try it - may be the answer for some people - just didn't work for him.
