Some people find that they feel worse with regular Sea Salt because they do not absorb it well or something about it does not agree with them. Dr Larry Wilson recognizes this and recommends Hawaiian Jade Sea Salt which many report better results. I am going to order some myself.

One question: What do you mean by derealization? Is it kind of a spacey feeling like you are there but not there? I don't know how else to describe this feeling I have had that comes randomly since I was little.
