In a civil action such as child-custody, how is a case affected if one party defies a Court Orders?
One party is already clearly "in contempt" of a Court Order, so that's not the core of the question. The core is just as it reads, above: how is a case affected if one party defies several provisions of a Court Order? Are fines imposed? Is there just a finger-wagging ceremony from the Judge? Does the contempt of Court favor to the plaintiff?
