Thanks for taking the time to explain your position Feo with links to research. I think it's important to provide different viewpoints and discussion to further understand the issue to become closer to solutions.
If I understand you correctly, you are saying you believe you gradually trained your nervous system to be in a sympathetic state than all of a sudden it crashed and now you are where you are. Further, your solution is to gradually train your nervous system in the opposite direction hoping to get back to equilibrium. Is this correct? This is pretty much the perspective I've had for much of my attempt at recovery as well. The problem is it is in direct conflict with what I think is the correct approach to recovery. Your strategy involves suppression or at least avoidance of symptoms while my current method is more processing so naturally we are probably going to be both cringing at each other's advice for now. I don't really have a strong case to convince you otherwise at the moment but I hope I can provide some insight in the future.
