Are you currently putting anything on your lips? Or are you doing the "leave it alone" method like most other people on here? I ask you because I am wondering if it would be harder for those doing the "leave it alone" method to see these fast improvements that you saw from stopping gluten.

I wonder if the visual improvement you saw might be happening under the thick crusts of those leaving their lips alone, not allowing us to see the results.
