i'm from israel.

i have the realy bad condition of peeling since a year ago.
befor there was only the trinangle on the top lip, and swalness with liquid on the lower lip,maybe there where also crusts that came off at the shower but it wasn't as bad as it got since a year ago.

i suspected this condition is related to food somehow since
it's on the lips,and on my first food eliminiation attempt i luckily got it right.

yes when i dont eat gluten there's no more flake and peeling cyclesׂׂׂ-the thing is that Lately i tend to brake up usually after 3 weeks and then it's start getting back(even if i eat only one slice of bread).

i know that i only need more Self-discipline and this thing is under control.
i found out what causing this for me
so yea i'm preety happy(to say the least).

right now my lips are not as good as they where a month ago
because i ate from time to time food containing gluten,
but since last tuesday i return to the strict diet, and i got half of my lower lip back so i think that by the and of this week i will be ec free again.
in my case it is not a theory it is totaly the solution for my case. i have got to emphasize that if i am doing the diet with cheating from time to time it is not work.
i hope it will work for you and evryone else with ec.
