When I woke up my blood pressure was 116/89 and heart rate 120. This afternoon my BP was 120/94 and heart rate 119.
I am petite also and I will note that the rates are with a blood pressure monitor, and when I check my heart rate myself it is sometimes 5-10 points lower than the monitor. I don't feel so out of breath anymore so maybe this is my normal HR?
