i was wondering has anybody done a dry fast, and can anybody tell me about their experience. what the longest someone has dry fasted? is it dangerous to do it for two weeks? i was thinking about doing a Water Fast for one week then a dry fast for two weeks. i weigh 274lbs and i just turned 19 and im desperate to lose some weight.
