Thanks for the links. I have been using Pomegranate for about two years now and rate it highly. I think it may actually help strip the Candida biofilm. A decent brand is the Swanson one. Has a high content of punicosides and ellagic acid.

Boswellia seems to be effective in this way also. I like to hunt down the not so well known antifungals.
