I am familiar with dr Wilson's Nutritional Balancing Program, I am a little concerned about the safety of coffee enemas (isn't it dangerous? wikipedia and other medical sources...) and near infrared sauna (intensive detox procedures are known to be harmful in such severe stage of adrenal fatigue...).

I don't have any Amalgam fillings, only composites. I recently removed my canal root treated tooth, I've heard it is very unhealthy too. I've been walking with that tooth for about 10 years. I've had braces (nickel!) for few years and that may have added to the overall toxicity level.
