I have used the formula almost daily for 3 months with good results. However, in the last 2 weeks I've had 2 cases of extreme abdominal pain after taking the supplement. The last time was 3 days ago at work. I passes out from the pain and was taken to the ER. The pain came on suddenly about an hour - 2 hours after taking the supplement both times. I had eaten yogurt and a banana and a 1/2 bagel before taking it. The pain was so intense - I started dripping in sweat and my hands and feet tingled. It was very scary. Please beware side effects of herbal supplements! Since the last episode I have stopped taking the formula and will have to find another way to achevie same results (minus the pain of course).
